I studied Computer Science, then a Master’s in Artificial Intelligence and wanted to put it to work on a real problem I’d seen up close, not something abstract.
It began with my parents’ rentals. I built an AI-driven pricing process for their nightly rates, and within a year their income was up more than 20%. That’s when it clicked: owners everywhere were quietly leaving money on the table.
That’s where Dynasics came from. It started at home in Lanzarote, but the same mix of local knowledge and AI works anywhere demand shifts, so today it prices homes across the UK, mainland Spain, Portugal and the Canaries, for owners with one property or a dozen.
