Do I have to give you my Airbnb password?

No, never. We use a specialist pricing platform to manage your rates. You never share your Airbnb, Vrbo, or Booking.com login credentials with us. Your accounts stay yours.

Will it override my minimum price?

No. You set the floor. Dynasics only works above your minimum, so you're always protected. Your nightly rate will never drop below the number you set, no matter what.

What if I want to go back to managing my own pricing?
